This oatmeal breakfast cookie is one of those lazy recipes that you can make in no time. My family loves it and the indulging doesn’t stop only in breakfast table. It’s also the late afternoon snack that we enjoy without any guilt.


  • Quick oats – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1
  • Honey – 1/4 cup
  • Peanut butter – 1/2 cup (any nut butter works)
  • Raisins – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup (optional)


  1. If you’re going to give this to young kids, soak the quick oats in milk for 10 minutes and squeeze the milk out completely before using. If not, leave this step
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well
  3. Make small balls of the mix and place them in a baking sheet
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. Serve hot and store the rest in a freezer friendly container/bag for later use
